Sporting KC v san jose earthquakes

In the first ten minutes defender victor costa scored a goal for san jose. Raising the tension early on in the match for sporting KC. However it was not long for Sporting KC to respond, in the 16th minute forward Alan Pulido made a close shot on goal but was denied by San jose goalkeeper daniel. Barely a minute later and Sporting KC defender Daniel rosero ties the match with a header, delivered by a corner from Memo rodriguez. 

In the 60th minute San Jose forward Jeremy Ebobisse nearly scored but was denied by Sporting KC goalkeeper Tim Melia. The clock was ticking for san jose to equalize, in the 80th minute defender Rodriguez scored for san jose. It looked to be a tie match until the referee declared rodriguez’s goal to be offside, resulting in the first home win for sporting kc.
